Your performance in the job market — interviews secured, offers received, application-to-interview ratio — will earn you points and climb you up the board. The top performer wins the grand prize. Universities are ranked collectively.

Each competition runs for exactly 4 weeks. Rankings reset at the start of each new season.
Opt-in per application
Only applications you mark as Games-eligible count. No data is used without your explicit opt-in.
Anonymised leaderboard
Public rankings show first name and last initial only. Full names are never exposed.
