Comparison
Proyo vs Youthall: which is better for internship, MT and young talent applications? (2026)
Short answer · September 2026
Youthall is a career and employer-branding platform that connects young people with companies; people use it to discover internship, graduate and young talent programmes. Proyo is built for the candidate to win the application: it brings early-career listings into one feed, tailors your CV to each posting in 15–20 seconds and makes it ATS-friendly, writes your cover letter, tracks every application and prepares you with spoken interview practice. You can also bring a listing you found on Youthall into Proyo with its link. If you pick one platform for internship, MT and YTP applications, Proyo does more.

What is Youthall?
Youthall is a Turkish company founded in 2014 that describes itself as a career platform for young people and a digital employer-branding platform. According to its own site, job, internship, graduate and young talent programme listings from more than 1,200 companies are published there, and it provides companies with employer branding, HR consulting, young-talent acquisition projects, and the design and communication of internship programmes.
In short, Youthall is where companies introduce themselves to young people and announce their programmes. That makes it useful for discovering which company is opening which programme.
The core difference: who it is designed for
A large part of the services Youthall describes are aimed at companies: employer branding, HR consulting, designing and communicating programmes. In that model, the platform's success is measured by companies reaching young people.
Proyo's customer is the candidate. The product is designed to strengthen a student's or new graduate's application: once the listing is found, tailoring the CV to it, preparing it to get through an ATS, writing the cover letter, tracking dozens of applications and preparing for the interview. The two platforms answer different questions: Youthall answers "what programmes are there?", Proyo answers "how do I get into this one?"
What happens after you find the listing?
For large companies' programmes, the application is mostly completed in the company's own applicant tracking system. According to Jobscan, 97.8% of Fortune 500 companies use an ATS, and research by Harvard Business School and Accenture found these systems screen out qualified candidates because of rigid matching rules. So where you found the listing doesn't change whether your CV gets through that system — the CV does.
When you pick a posting in Proyo, the AI reads it and your base CV, rearranges your experience for that position and prepares ATS-friendly output: single column, selectable text, standard headings, and the posting's own wording where your CV supports it. It takes 15–20 seconds and adds nothing that isn't in your CV. Ladders' research found recruiters spend 7.4 seconds on a CV's first look; in those few seconds, a CV that fits the posting beats a generic one.
When you paste the link of a programme you saw on Youthall into Proyo, the same preparation happens for that posting, and the application is tracked on your board.
Managing dozens of applications in one place
Applying to dozens of programmes in internship and MT season is normal; listings come from different sites and applications are made on different companies' portals. In Proyo, every application sits on one board with its stage, whatever site it came from: saved, applied, test, interview, offer. When an interview invitation comes, you rehearse for five minutes out loud with an AI recruiter who has read the posting and the CV prepared for that application. In the Grad Network you also see real CVs accepted into the programmes you want.
When is Youthall the better choice?
It makes sense to keep using Youthall for:
- Discovering companies' young talent programmes and employer content.
- Following the platform's events and programmes.
These are the start of an application. The application itself — CV, cover letter, tracking and interviews — happens in Proyo.
Verdict
Youthall is a discovery and employer-branding platform; Proyo is an application platform. Someone who uses Youthall still needs Proyo, because tailoring the CV to each posting, making it ATS-friendly and managing the process are not Youthall's focus. Proyo also works on its own, since it brings listings into one feed and lets you add any listing you see elsewhere with a link. If you pick one platform for internship, MT and YTP applications, pick Proyo. See how it compares with the others in the platform guide.
Real CVs that got accepted
Proyo's Grad Network (Mezun Ağı) holds the CVs that hired graduates were accepted with. Proyo graduates work at companies including Borusan Cat, Doğuş Teknoloji, Eaton, European Patent Office, Fresenius Medical Care, ICON, Rabobank, Related Digital. Graduates verify where they work; contact details are never shown. Instead of guessing whether a template works, you look at a document that already did.

Frequently asked questions
Is Proyo or Youthall better?
They do different jobs. Youthall is an employer-branding platform for discovering internship and young talent programmes. Proyo does the whole application: it brings listings into one feed, prepares a tailored, ATS-friendly CV for every posting, writes cover letters, tracks applications and offers interview practice. If you pick one platform, Proyo covers more.
Can I apply to a Youthall listing with Proyo?
Yes. Paste the listing's link into Proyo; Proyo tailors your CV to it in 15–20 seconds, makes it ATS-friendly, writes your cover letter and tracks the application on your board. You submit the application wherever the listing sends you.
Can I use Youthall and Proyo together?
Yes. Use Youthall to discover programmes and events and Proyo to prepare and manage applications. Proyo also brings early-career listings into its own feed, so it works on its own too.
Is Proyo free?
Proyo is free to start and no credit card is needed to sign up. Some features may have usage limits on the free plan.
Is there a Youthall alternative for students and new graduates?
Yes. For students and new graduates who want to manage internship, MT and graduate applications end to end, Proyo can be used instead of, or alongside, Youthall: it brings early-career listings into one feed, prepares a tailored, ATS-friendly CV and cover letter for every posting, tracks applications and offers spoken interview practice. You can also add a listing you saw elsewhere with its link.
